How easy am I?
When I pulled into the parking lot at work this morning, a good song was playing on the stereo ("All These Things That I've Done" by The Killers). So instead of shutting down and getting out of the truck right away, I sat to listen to the rest of the song. Except that by "listen", I really mean "sing along with my eyes close and dance around in my seat".
Long-time readers will recall what happens to me when I do things like that.
I opened my eyes and was startled to find one of the techs I used to work with, standing at my window with arms crossed, foot tapping, a censoring look on his face. I grinned at him, turned the truck off, and got out. He mock-glared at me and said, "Do you know that you're getting a reputation around here for being happy all the time?!?"
Well, good heavens! We wouldn't want that, now, would we??
I am fantastically easy to make happy, and seriously little things make me happy. And by "happy" I mean actually having the thought enter my mind of, "Hey, this is making me happy!" And smiling. And perhaps doing a little happy wiggle. Like a puppy. There are so many of these little things that I can't keep count, and new things occur to me every day. So I figure, it's List Time! Here's where I'm in my element, people. Witness, and marvel.

- Spending an evening with Calvin, listening to good music and creating stuff in the kitchen.
- Wrapping up in a blanket fresh out of the dryer.
