"Mainiacs away from Maine are truly displaced persons, only half alive, only half aware of their immediate surroundings. Their inner attention is always preoccupied and pre-empted by the tiny pinpoint on the face of the globe called Down East. They try to live not in such a manner that they will eventually be welcomed into Paradise, but only so that someday they can go home to Maine."

Great Photo…beautiful and I agree with Angel…really intimate fee to it. IMHO, I would photoshop out the lamp…it seemed like a sharp contrast to the artist and model.
Lovely!
Thank you! I’ll post a link to the whole set when I’m done processing them.
Makes me think I chose the wrong career, I’ll grant you that.
No joke. Wish I had some artistic talent myself!
In a word: AMAZING
Thanks! It was a really cool process to watch.
That is a great photo Tiff – a really intimate feel to it. Quite haunting really.
“Intimate” is the word I thought of when I was editing it, too. Thanks!

I meant “feel to it”…sorry
Thanks for the feedback, joanna. Maybe I’ll play around with Photoshop and see what I can do to reduce the glare a bit.
